You’ll find the Coffee LAB in an outer section of The Market in an enclave, for want of a better description, called The Space. It’s a collection of retail outlets that include clothing and decor stores, plus an art gallery and second hand bookshop. .
The Space and Coffee LAB is a seriously cool venue and stylish. Very high end.
The coffee shop is staffed with friendly baristas, clearly hugely enthusiastic about making coffee the best it can be
They also serve a tasty-looking array of cakes and savoury sourdough rolls and wraps filled with a delicious-sounding combination of ingredients .
Wi-Fi is available as are workstations, but the seating is minimal. It seems to be catering more for the take away coffee market. Coffee LAB is wheelchair friendly – not sure if it’s pet friendly but that is probably unlikely. Parking is ample and convenient due to it being located in a mall. It’s a bit hidden away as it’s not in the main part of the centre, so you will have to know where to go to find it.
I was served fabulous coffees, both the espresso and cappuccino, which were prepared and served by one of their skilled baristas. Fast and efficient without any compromise on taste or quality….a true gem.
