St Clements, a restaurant, garden cafe and plant nursery, has been part of Musgrave Road’s eating-out landscape for decades. It offers breakfast, light lunches as well as meals at night when there is some musical event. There’s both outdoor and indoor seating in what was once an old Berea home. So the charm and olde worlde vibe are there.

There was a good crema on the espresso and a pleasant flavour. The cappuccino lacked sufficient foam but the flavour was pleasant again. The latte art lacked and coffee was served too hot – so beware.

The venue has a good vibe and friendly staffers. St Clements offers street parking with guards, Wi-Fi and a smoking section. A good venue to open your laptop and get to work.
