This is a café for those of us who love those old, quirky colonial houses in Glenwood – packed with olde world charm and personality. For some reason, this is a spot where you always bump into someone you know who, like you, has a habit of returning.

In short, the only thing better than Savior’s location with its creaky wooden floors and wrap around veranda is its delicious coffee and great menu which comes with everything from some of the best ever omelettes for breakfast to pizzas, pastas, imaginative sandwiches and wraps and even sticky buns and cake.

For me, the coffee is in a class of its own – thanks to a good and experienced barista who not only served up an excellent cappuccino but also a robust espresso  – although a bit too bitter for me. For me, the breakfasts are to die for and complement the coffee perfectly. Add that to the suburban outdoor and roadside vibes and you have a truly boutique style coffee experience.

Wi-Fi is available.

Parking is in the street but close by.
