Perched on a site high up in Glenashley, Now Coffee boasts one of Durban’s most stunning sea views while also offering an exceptional coffee experience. Despite its modest size and self-service setup, the café creates a vibrant atmosphere that’s consistently buzzing with energy.

Now Coffee produces some of Durban’s best coffee. Their cappuccinos are rich, full-bodied, perfectly frothed and served with impressive latte art— included on takeaway orders. The espresso was equally remarkable with a well-balanced acidity and a rich, even crema. It is usually paired with sparkling water for an elevated experience.

While there isn’t a full kitchen, the menu includes pre-prepared light meals and snacks that are fresh and well-executed, though you won’t find traditional breakfast options here. The owners, Pascal and Shaina-Rae, are hands-on and are often behind the counter, ensuring every cup meets their high standards. They are thoroughly involved and approachable. Wi-Fi available.
