Humble Coffee on Florida Road is a tiny but trendy space. There is not a great deal of seating space. Clearly the seating is geared more towards grab-and-go coffee, although my coffee was not served in paper cups.
The baristas were friendly and on the ball. They engaged with their regulars and new customers alike. There was a great energy in the shop and I felt excited for the coffee that I was going to be served as I had heard great things about this Humble branch.
The cappuccino foam was well textured and remained throughout the entire drink. I think that there may have been a bit too much milk in the cappuccino, which made the cappuccino a bit too weak for what is required. It felt a bit closer to the taste of a latte. It was a pleasant drink overall, just slightly weak. The espresso was not as pleasant. There was an acidity to the espresso brew that made it almost impossible to finish drinking it.
I would go back again for a quick cappuccino, though.
Wi-Fi is available.
