The Barn Own Tennis Club is located in the club house of what was once a tennis club – hence the name. The decor is very cool, contemporary and chic. The venue serves all day brunch and light lunches with a cake and pastry offering. And what better view than over the glorious and colourful Mitchell Park, once you get beyond the tennis courts that is.
Coffee, both the espresso and cappuccino were above the average mark, although the espresso lacked a little density in flavour.

Free Wi-Fi available plus ample street parking – but perhaps less ample on weekends when the car park and park is packed. Cost reasonable, single espresso is R20 and cappuccino, R32.
